Sunday, 10/14 – Wednesday, 10/17
- Drink a minimum of SIX 8 oz (glass or bottled) water throughout the day
- Plan to sleep at least 8 hours
- Perform some LIGHT cardio on Sunday, Monday & Tuesday (ex. Walking, Running, Cycling, Jump Roping)
- No Fried Foods. No Carbonated Drinks. No Alcohol. No Late Eating. No Red Meat.
- Increase your Fruit and Vegetable Intake. Eat Fish, Chicken &/or Turkey
- Take a Multi-Vitamin, B-12 & Vitamin C each day
